low gas price.. clear skies.. time off (due to coming thanksgiving).. some good reasons for another miniroadtrip.. destination: kentucky.. right before getting there from springfield il you will hit metropolis il.. home of superman.. yeah right.. really.. there were something in the news that morning.. there was a mention of the deer hunting season.. and motorists being cautioned about deers crossing the road.. it got me thinking about deers running to different directions whenever deer hunters are around.. including the freeways.. i saw two dead deers caused by roadkill that day.. and a fox.. the sight of those reminded me to be cautious whenever i pass by wooded areas
