st. louis zoo.. the third biggest zoo in the country.. located in forest park which is the venue of 1904 world's fair

after the trip to the zoo.. i went to anheuser-busch brewery st. louis.. world headquarters of the brewer of budweiser beer.. they offer tour inside their facility and other sites.. and offer free samples of their different beers from taps
the gateway arch.. picture taken while standing on the riverbanks of mississippi river.. looks like a big foreign object sticking out of the horizon if seen from afar
the south base of the arch.. a mormon family taking in the sights.. this picture is taken to show scale of the base relative to objects near it.. there are museum, souvenir shop, food shop and minitheater underground.. for a fee, a funny looking interconnected round elevator pods would bring you to the top of the arch
